SECond Glances - Principle

Principle is not bound by precedent. If you have been in any Science of Mind community for more than a second you have probably heard these words. But what the hell do they mean? My brain has ruminated on these words quite a bit this week. The short answer to this question is that we have the power to create something new each day, regardless of what we created yesterday or the day before. This creative thing is not a one and done experience, but instead is fluid and evolving. It is not bound to any past set of parameters, but instead is free to bust out of yesterday’s box. So, packed with this knowledge the most important question we can ask ourselves is “what are we going to create today?” The Universe is a super cool companion in that it gives back exactly what we put into it. This makes me both excited and a bit cringey. This awareness stops me in my tracks, and I am compelled to become more intentional about what I am throwing out into the Universe each day.
