About the Event

  • Are you currently experiencing acute grief due to the loss of a loved one, pet, job, relationship, health, home, or other experience?
  • Do you have unprocessed grief or loss from your past that you would like to address from a spiritual perspective?
  • Do you feel like you are blindsided by grief from experiences that you thought you had "moved on" from?

No one gets through life without experiencing grief. The goal, therefore, is not to avoid grief, but rather to integrate it into our journey. This group is designed to bring a Spiritual understanding to the process of this very human experience. It is designed to both highlight and support the unique challenges experienced in the face of loss and grief. It is not meant to be prescriptive in that it offers a specific way to navigate loss and grief, but instead is fluid and experiential. It is a call to reflection, expansion, and transformation, not just in the context of loss, but in life itself. It highlights the benefits of both our own internal work, and the healing balm of community. It is an ongoing journey that is ever-changing, ever-unfolding, and ever-revealing that which we are seeking.  This program is designed to be progressive and supportive of the members. For this reason, we ask that you make the commitment to continue the program for the entire 12 weeks. We do understand that you may need to miss a meeting or two, and that is fine.

 Facilitated by Rev. Kris Alexander

This 12-week experience is valued at $137. We recognize that not everyone is in the same financial situation. We invite you to pay what is fair. Pay once up front or pay later.
